Boolean (true or false)

Description

If set to true, imported objects with the BYLAYER / BYBLOCK flag set are placed on the layer on which their containing cell has been placed.

Note that the options has the prefix "Lc", even though it is currently only used for DXF import. It could be used by new formats.
