Description

Unit of the tolerance value for joining zero-width open polygons. Use LcPolyToleranceValue to specify the tolerance value.

Example

To specify a tolerance value of 10 microns, use:

-LcPolyToleranceValue=10 -LcPolyToleranceUnit=1
