Use circular interpolation

Use Gerber circular interpolation to draw arcs and circles.

Use lines &
Precision

Convert arcs and circles to polylines. Select the number of segments per 360° or an absolute tolerance value.

Geometry settings

Default line width

Specifies the pen with used to draw zero-width open polylines.

Use step & repeat

Instructs LinkCAD to save space by using the Gerber RS-274X step & repeat command. This option may not be supported by all Gerber compatible programs.

Aperture size limits

Circular apertures

Specifies the maximum size for circular apertures. Circles whose diameter exceeds the specified limit are written as regular geometries.

Rectangular apertures

Specifies the maximum size for rectangular apertures. Rectangles whose edge length exceeds the specified limit are written as regular geometries.

Coordinate format

These options define the coordinate format of the Gerber data.

File format

EOB character

Specifies the End-Of-Block character used to delimit the records in the Gerber file. The default is an asterisk ("*").

Parameter delimiter

Specifies the Gerber parameter delimiter. The default is the percentage sign ("%").

Line breaks

Select if DOS/Windows compatible (CR/LF), UNIX compatible (LF) or no line breaks should be used to separate blocks of Gerber data.
