Step 4: Import the File

• You will be prompted to select the import file. Simply select the file and proceed by clicking on the Open button.

• LinkCAD proceeds by importing the selected file. If errors or problems occur during file import, the log message dialog may be displayed.

• If the file contained zero-width open polygons (see the drawing design rules for filled areas), you are asked if you want to repair these.

• Finally, the cell structure is displayed.

• Complete the conversion by clicking on the Next button. LinkCAD writes the converted file to disk.
