If you find a bug in the program, please let us know. We can be reached by email at support@linkcad.com . When submitting a bug report, provide the following information (if appropriate):

• The operating system.

• The LinkCAD version (can be found in the Help > About box).

• The LinkCAD log file. Use your computer's search function to search for the file LinkCAD.log. This file contains important information that allows us to resolve your problem.

• The input file format, and, if known, what CAD system created the file.

• The output file format.

• The options you used.

• A description of the problem.

• What other programs you were using (viewers, CAD programs).

• If you are allowed to do so, send us your input file, too. All information and data will be treated confidentially and your data will be destroyed after the problem has been resolved.
